A striking cuvee that combines elegance and texture with considerable richness. Fine lemons, fresh apricot, red apple and saline minerals give way to a finish that is pure apple tart. Bright, sexy, long and luscious. Superb. Catherine Faller swears by this with lobster and scallops. l'Inedit, meaning "one of a kind", comes from later harvested grapes from the oldest vines on the same mid slopes as the Schlossberg St Catherine. Harvested later, at 15 degrees potential it is fermented to 14% and left with 24g/l residual sugar. Less than 200 cases are made.
