Brilliant, cherry red in color, the Five Rivers Restaurant Select Pinot Noir exhibits aromas of cherry and clove spice, followed by soft floral notes. Bright and youthful on the palate, with a seductive finish of strawberry-rhubarb jam.
The grapes are harvested throughout the month of September. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in a combination of stainless steel and oak barrel (approximately 30%) for 6 months.
