This wine is a bright, ruby color, with brick red hints. The aromas are intense and complex, with vanilla and aromatic herbs and spice notes perfectly blended with mature red fruit. The palate is balanced, with an elegant structure carrying through to a long finish.
Aromas of dark berries, vanilla, burnt toast and aromatic herbs are balanced by the supple finish.
Tempranillo is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, after which the wine aged for 24 months with three rackings into American and French oak barrels.
Ideal all type of grilled and roasted meats. It also matches well with strong fish and all kind of cured cheeses. Tasty with chocolate desserts and puddings.
