Pinot Noir is light ruby red in colour; it has an intensefruity bouquet, with strong hints of cherry. To the palate, itreveals its strength and excellent balance, velvety harmony and elegance.
This excellent ruby red wine is made with Pinot grapes,cultivated with the Guyot training system in the Southernarea of Apulia region. Pinot Noir undergoes the traditionalwine-making method for red grapes, which consists in destemming the grapes, crashing them, making the mustmacerate and ferment for about 10 days at a controlledtemperature of 19-20 °C.

Ideal served with salami, soups and delicate second courses.The ideal serving temperature is 18-19 °C.
