A blend of 80% Tempranillo and 20% Garnacha macerated for eight hours to develop a bright salmon-pink colour. Unoaked, with strawberry and blackberry aromas, the palate is fresh and fruity.

Grapes are de-stemmed and undergo fermentation at 59°F. The grapes then go through an 8 hour maceration period. The juice is separated from the skins in a process called “bleeding,” in which 15% of red grape juice from each vat is separated prior to fermentation, ensuring a perfect rose color.
