Ten months of aging on 100% French oak imparts endearing smokey notes and a touch of sandalwood to our Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine finishes impressively long and showcases wonderful finesse and well-integrated tannins. Pair with a marinated London broil, porcini herb-crusted lamb or the classic New York strip steak.
Aged for 10 months on 70% French and 30% American oak, this wine has been fined and filtered to create a smooth, rich, medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine will pair nicely with spicy lamb sliders, portabella mushroom and bacon pizza or a flat iron steak with whitecheddar mashed potatoes.
