Enticing barrel qualities of cola and spice complement the fruit aromas. On the palate, the wine shows layers of deeply extracted fruit flavors. Rich and full-bodied, this Cabernet drinks well now and will soften and develop with age. Enjoy!This Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from a sub-region of the acclaimed LodiAVA. The Clements Hills are perhaps the most suited area for Cabernet in theLodi area for its southeastern locale. Call it the best of both worlds: coolingfrom the Sierra Mountains at night retain better acids, and the additionalcooling effect in the morning hours from the Delta mitigate the warm days inthe region.
