Gold Bar Whiskey Gold Finished

First off, I didn't pay for insurance for delivery, I have ordered multiple times and never had an issue! I recieved my order and the gift I had ordered was broken(ok.deal.with broken lid I didn't pay for the insurance) but when I removed the broken lid the bottle of whisky was opened and the seal was broke open. That was done prior to being shipped, not during shipping. How do I know if anyone put anything in the whisky or how do I know no one tasted or put their lips on it! When I emailed them and their only response was, "Sorry you refused to pay for the insurance," and that was it!

I purchased two bottles as gifts. The packaging is elegant and the recipients truly enjoy the taste. Just be careful when picking up the bottle. Do not pick up by the gold top, but by the base.
