Tasting Notes Deep ruby in colour, this wine develops red and black fruit aromas during its time in bottle. It has a balanced palate with soft, sweet tannins.

Wine Maker Notes A very careful control of fermentation temperatures, using new and old world techniques, such as cold maceration and delestage gives the wine a depth and intensity of colour and a balanced extraction of tannins. Malolactic fermentation and the careful l use of medium toasted French barrels create a smooth, complex and balanced wine. After cold stabilization the wine is bottled and then placed in underground cellars for at least eight months.
