This is a very, very good wine for the price point. It has a nice spice as well as a chocolate finish. It is good with spicy food as well as sharp cheese.

Of the affordable "big" reds, Malbec is an excellent choice and this one has a very good quality/price combination. You will enjoy drinking this wine without feeling guilty about the price.

Nice hue as you pour in glass; lush berries and chocolate flavors on the palate with a lasting finish. Can pair with any meats or just enjoy on its own.

I've never drank a Malbec that I didn't like, but this one in particular is incredible! Love it! It's also a beautiful purple color, smells wonderful, and the taste? Well - maybe the best Malbec I've ever had, and I've a tried lot of them. Thanks for tempting me to order a case at such a great price too! I know we'll be enjoying it for awhile.

Wine Maker Notes "Our winemaking tradition dates back to the early 20th century in the region of Andalucía, Spain. I the 1950’s Manuel Pelegrina (father) decided to leave his nathal Spain and seek a future in Argentina, as so many other European immigrants did. He choose the Valley of Tupungato (Province of Mendoza) as his home mainly because of the similarities with Andalucia and the conditions the Valley had for growing grapes an activity he knew well from his younger years."
