A bit disappointed in this wine. I found it to be very thin with not much body at all.

Notes on the Simonassi Cabernet Sauvignon 750ML 2009

Technical Notes The Agrelo and Lujan de Cuyo subregions sit just to the southwest of the city of Mendoza, in the foothills of the massive Andes Mountain range to the west. The soils are quite poor, which causes the roots of the vines to seek deep sources of nourishment, and subsequently improve the fruit. Agrelo, in particular, also benefits from a very cool climate, which slows/evens the ripening process and makes for excellent Chardonnay fruit.
