A shiny dark red colour with a glint of deep purple. Rich and expressive with a blend of fresh black fruit, vanilla and Morello cherries. A surprising supple palate, a subtle taste of tannin yet with a hint of spice! Serve at 15°. Perfect with shellfish and grilled fish.
Tasting Notes keen to innovate and break away from the image of the traditional round bottle, Château de Berne asked SaverGlass to imagine a new and more subtly-shaped recipient, designed to flatter the beautiful colours of its red, white and rosé wines. Reminiscent of a flask, the bottle is embossed with the Château name and bears a slightly-concave front where the label nests. These wines are a subtle combination of nature's gifts and the expert hand of man. Each blend is the fruit of a special production technique and is of a consistent quality appreciated by amateur wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
Wine Maker Notes The Château de Berne is a 1500-acres private vineyard, situated in the Var region, in unspoiled Provençal countryside between Lorgues and Flayosc. Dating back to the 18th century, it is a truly exceptional site, promoting relaxation and wellbeing around two main themes: Provence and Wine.
Technical Notes 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
