The selected Pinot Grigio grapes used in this bottle of wine were grown on hillside vineyards in Northern Italy ( Just below Milan ) to mae this classic Italian White. What that means for you is a wine showing plenty of citrus aromas and gentle floral notes. Crisp yet delicate, lightly honeyed acidity for fresh, fry finish. All you need to do is chill the bottle, relax and enjoy!
The berries can vary in color from yellowish to bluish-violet producing wines that range from white to slightly pink. The most successful wines from the grape come from the Collio in Friuli (Northeast Italy), where the wines are light- to medium-bodied, crisp, dry and, because of their high acidity, complementary to the region's foods like speck, Prosciutto di San Daniele and polenta. It is generally rich and honeyed.
