The Barolo is ruby red tinged with garnet. The aroma is intense and evolves from violets and dried roses to tar, fading into an unmistakable etheric bouquet. The flavour is crisp, warm and full.
I had no idea that Brazil is producing Barolo?????? OMG who is making this comments!!!!
What is the level of alcohol please?
Technical Notes A delicious Barolo, affordable and priced fairly early still acceptable despite the exorbitant taxes levied in Brazil.
From their own vineyards in the communes of La Morra and Castiglione Falletto, matured 24 months in oak barrels and another 6 months in bottle, this Barolo boasts deep ruby color with orange rim, soft and pleasant aromas of raspberries and roses and taste compact concentrated. Opulent but with seductive style and beautiful end.
Ideal with meat cooked in wine at length, preferably Barolo (brasato al Barolo), roast lamb, good Parmigiano.
