Umberto Fiore Gavi D.O.C.G

Obtained by pressing the Cortese grapes grown in the villages of Novi Ligure, Gavi, in the province of Alessandria, it is bottled in the spring following the grape harvest season. Its colour is pale straw- yellow with green reflexes. It smells softly and fruity. The taste is dry, pleasant fresh and well-balanced.

Gavi di Gavi Umberto Fiore is pronounced dry taste with a fresh, slightly floral undertone. A harmonic varietal that invigorating happens. The house Umberto Fiore has been active since 1880 with typical Piedmontese wines, Gavi di Gavi is the white wines there what concerns the absolute most reputable and valid in a wide region as the accompanist of choice for freshwater fish.
