Stag's Leap Wine Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Artemis

When decanted and aerated, it is complex and full of flavor with a tremendous finish. I decanted the entire bottle and then individually venturied each glass, waited an additional 15 minutes prior to sipping and the results were magnificent! I compared the results to a freshly poured glass without the above, and it was as described...astringent and tight. Everyone I served it to just loved it! Permalink

Thanks for the review, I was considering a case....now I'll pass. My experience has been that most wine lovers/consumers are honest in their tasting notes and we don't have hidden tasting agendas. I know palates differ, but thanks for looking out for us.
