Old as the Bible

Keo St. John Commandaria

St. John Commandaria is actually the oldest named wine in existence, perhaps as old as the Bible, It's from Cypress... It's made from two grapes, Mavron and Xynisteris that are dried on straw mats for a really really really long time and then they are pressed and they're made into this wine right here and put into a crazy looking bottle. It's actually a really great value considering the history.

It's great to have around the house. You can impress your friends with the crazy story and it's a fun alternative to a sherry or a port that is super versatile and will go really really well with Dark or Milk Chocolate

Gentleman's Whiskey

Johnnie Walker Scotch Black Label 12 Year

Many connoisseurs would probably rate Johnny Walker Blue Label and the Gold above the Black, but the Black with it's complex blend makes any man feel like a Million Bucks, and if you already have a million in the bank then im sure you'll enjoy a true sophisticated gentleman's whiskey ... CHEERS !!!

Holiday Wine

Vigne Regali (Banfi) Brachetto d'Acqui Rosa Regale

Marries well with Chocolate, Brachetto Diacoli is a sparkling wine made in Piedmont and it's basically like the red version of Moscato D'asti but it's really fresh and bright and crisp and sort of like fresh strawberries in a sparkling format. So I love this with any sort of pure chocolate because strawberries and chocolate go very well together,

Also this Brachetto Diacoli is a all-around holiday wine because it is a super versatile wine, It's bright fruit so it's going to pair well with other nice holiday red fruits like cranberries and cherries and also chocolate, The down-fall is Expect to get drunk after 5 bottle but it's a holiday favorite

Great with Chocolate

Bodegas Toro Albala Montilla-Moriles Don Px

This Wine is from an area called Montilla Moriles which is right next to Sherry in the South of Spain, They harvest these grapes late in the year and have a sort of dried notes of deep dark fruits because they are literally caramelized by the sun when they dry the grapes. So you have these salty caramel notes, Sometimes little toffee, some say almost like a little espresso note, great with Dark or milk Chocolate
