Don Miguel Gascon Malbec

I just received the 2011 and it is just as good as the '09 and '010! This is becoming one of those dependably great wines!! The blueberry and intensity makes it my gateway wine to get my friends into Argentine wines!

Also, I recommend the Alamos Malbec and Red Blend as affordable reds that are still underpriced

Macmurray Ranch Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast

Was at this winery and it is a must see...The Russian River runs through the middle! This was Fred MacMurray's ranch...pretty neat.

The Pinot Noir is complex and easily worth $25

Familia Camarena Tequila Reposado

100% agave and an incredible value!! The Camarena family used to sell agave to Patron and now have their own label!! Bought a bottle for $29 and was totally blown away

Martin Codax Rias Baixas Albarino

If you like Pinot Grigio, try Albarino! It is zesty and awesome with seafood.

Spain is worth bouncing around and trying other labels too...with that being said, Martin Codax is the best one I have tried and I buy it by the case (my wife loves it too)

Brancaia Tre Toscana IGT

Classic! I first tried this when it kept appearing on the top 100 lists in the 90s and loved it. It never disappoints and it always has a place in my wine rack!

If you can, try Il Blu on a special occasion!

Maso Canali Pinot Grigio

This is the best expression of what Pinot Grigio can be! I usually find them good enough, but not all that interesting...This Maso Canali has complexity and is a great value at under $20
