Pinot Grigio does not have particularly striking characteristics, which is perhaps what makes it so drinkable. It is a rather dry wine with a high acidity and refreshing citrus flavor. Its strongest flavors include lime, pear, green apple, lemon and white nectarine. Its aroma gives off faint honey, floral, almond and spice notes without any aspect of its profile being overpowering.
