Kentucky- Starts with fully matured Maker's Mark straight out of the barrel. But then it takes a bold twist. We add seared French Oak staves to the barrel, and then age it a bit longer - only in winter, when bourbon matures more slowly. The result is a bolder, more complex whisky.

Better than the regular Maker’s, which is quite good. 46 is more bold and more “oakey”, which I prefer.
Trouble with delivery
The delivery was a sticker on my door saying that they tried to drop off pkg. they said to call fedx. Big mistake, they don’t know there but from a hole in the ground! 2 weeks later I got them.
