This is a decadent dram with luscious aromatics of roasted figs, golden raisins, and dried apricot. The palate follows in a similarly luxurious fashion and has a chewy texture of ripe peach skin and sweet creamed oats.
Rich and complex, notes of toffee and butterscotch combine with ripe peach and bitter orange. Perfect structure. Initial notes of soft apricot and cream are offset by developing flavours of old leather and oak with a touch of honey.
A rich and spicy single malt that has been drawn from a hefty proportion of sherry casks. Very well balanced and not too cloying, this has fresh and juicy fruit flavours backed up by more heavy-weight touches of raisins, spice and chocolate.

Nose: Creamy, like melted vanilla ice-cream. Fruity and honeyed.
Palate: Fresh juicy apples and oranges before sherry kicks in with supple sultanas and vanilla.
Finish: Intricate with chocolate raisins and oily caramel notes.
