The Château-Gris, built in the eighteenth century, is located in the middle of a closed 3.5 ha. After the Phylloxera had destroyed the vines, the roof was covered with gray slates while the tile predominates in Burgundy; the name of Château-Gris was then given by the local population night and remained in use.
It develops on the nose aromas predominantly floral and mineral, as well as a toasted tip. On the palate, this wine is very frank and round and presents a very clear mineral support, some shades of licorice, and an elegant and discreet woody. Good general persistence.
