Ruby Red. High-pitched aromas of minty crushed dark berries, tar, licorice and flowers, all lifted by a violet top note. Bright and clean but youthfully bound-up, showing fresh blackcurrant, licorice and chocolate flavors. The polished tannins spread out to saturate the palate; the wine finishes fresh and bright thanks to lively harmonious acidity. A very attractive, easygoing midweight.
