The Loire Valley was once the ocean floor, so soils are filled with saline minerals that remain from a coral band that once covered the area. This sustainable bottling made by a 7th generation winemaker is a shining example of the region’s most classic varietal. Only 600 cases produced.
Tasting Notes: This white is reminiscent of lemon bars and white grapefruit, and softly enlaced by subtle salinity: deliciously complex!
