Dark fruit aromas with hints of cherry. Lighter Cabernet with mild tannins and a light finish. Central Market tasting table.
Pale purple/garnet, slightly less than syrupy viscosity. Somewhat weak aroma intensity, but I got blueberries, raisins, strawberries, tomato, bell pepper, and mushroom from this wine. Slightly off dry, above average acidity with gentle tannins, yet a big body.
Smooth, pleasing at the start , dark fruity flavors , not too dry and paired well with Foie Gras, beef and bouillabaisse! Our guests were all pleased with this wine.
