This excellent ruby red wine is made with Pinot grapes, cultivated with the Guyot training system in the Southern area of Apulia region. Pinot Noir undergoes the traditional wine-making method for red grapes, which consists in destemming the grapes, crashing them, making the must macerate and ferment for about 10 days at a controlled temperature of 19-20 °C.
Ideal served with salami, soups and delicate second courses. The ideal serving temperature is 18-19 °C.
This Pinot Noir by Italian wine maker Borgo Reale has a sweet aroma of red fruit. Its medium bodied profile and balanced sweet flavors make the wine well structured and easy to drink.
