The grapes that give rise to this wine are 100% Sangiovese .
The bunches are picked, picked and the must is fermented in contact with the watermelons in tanks at controlled temperature for 18-20 days; the aging process takes place in small oak barrels of Slavonia and Allier for a period of 12 months; then bottled.
During the bottling period it continues its refining process for another 3 months in the cellar.
The characteristics of wine
The color is intense ruby red .
The scent is intense and elegant with scents of red berry fruit.
On the palate it is full, elegant and slightly tannic.
Serve in wide colorless glasses at 16-18 ° C; exalts its qualities if opened an hour before tasting it.

It combines well with the first dishes with meat sauce, fresh and medium seasoning cheeses, red meats and salami.
It is retained for many years if kept in a cool, dark place.
