The wine is produced mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in specially chosen vineyards in the Upper Galilee. Matured in French oak barrels for 12 months, it has a deep purple color with a nose of blackberries, cassis and eucalyptus. The label features an ostrich.
