This is Carmel’s flagship wine. It is a Bordeaux style blend made in an ‘old world’, elegant style. The grape varieties are Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Malbec and a little Cabernet Franc, all from the Upper Galilee. The wine was aged for 15 months in small French oak barrels.Deep purple in color, Carmel Limited Edition has an aroma of black plum, violets, and tobacco leaves. It is full bodied, but shows extraordinary elegance and an excellent balance between fruit, tannins and acidity. The wine will continue to improve and develop in the next few years. The drawing on the label is of Carmel’s Rishon Le Zion Wine Cellars.

65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Petit Verdot, 15% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc. The grapes used in making this delicious wine were fermented and barrel aged in French oak for a period of 15 months. The wine was then blended, bottled and aged for a further year prior to labeling. This limited edition wine is a deep purple in color with an aroma of blackcurrants, cassis, bitter-sweet chocolate and hints of smoke. It is full-bodied with a long, well-balanced aftertaste. The wine is ready for immediate consumption, but will continue to develop in the bottle. In order to preserve its full potential, the wine was not fined and only coarsely filtered prior to bottling.

his is the flagship wine of the Carmel Winery, which is produced in limited edition and numbered. The vineyards of the Carmel wineries were chosen for the highest quality fruit. Carmel Limited Edition 2012 is a Bordeaux-style blend that combines all five classic Bordeaux varieties, inspired by the Baron Rothschild who initiated the winery.

The emblematic wine of the Carmel vineyard, limited edition to only a few bottles. It is the result of the classic Bordeaux grape, whose grapes are chosen from among the best.
