Casa Noble Tequila Joven
For those tequila drinkers that are looking for something new and different, you should go out and get a bottle of this. It has a lot of the elements that you love is spicy blanco, but it adds other notes that make it interesting along with a bold finish. For $50 and the extra proof, this is a nice value as well.
Nose: Pears, honey, green pepper and the classic Casa Noble earthy/forest floor nose.
Initial Taste: A nice and light mix of citrus and pepper. It almost has a smoky element as well like a peated scotch. Not as potent, but an interesting note.
Body: Full mouth feel with nice oils. Peppery and earthy to be sure. Hint of smoke and citrus.
Finish: The finish is long and predictably hotter than most other tequilas. If you like a strong peppery finish, you'll love this one. The other flavors fade away and leave a long, peppery ending.
