Chateau Cabannieux Blanc 2014
This white charm in its young age by its floral aromas and by its fruity result of the assembly of Semillon and Sauvignon; as he grows older, the Sémillon brings him fine-smelling breed and a roundness that allows him to combine perfectly with cooked seafood, fish and white meat.
The Cabannieux castle is a very old family property. In the "Feret" (encyclopedic directory of the Châteaux of Bordeaux) it appears from 1874 as "First Category" and then in 1881 as "Cru Exceptionnel". In 1939 his white wines were chosen by the County Committee to represent Graves' white wines at the New York World's Fair.
