One of the largest estate in Pomerol, a more rustic and basic style, dark burgundy color with medium to full body, smells of cherry, raspberry, cedar and earth, firm tannin, a good decant is required to consume young, tastes of espresso, black cherry, hibiscus and tobacco, medium finish.
Simply delicious -- velvety tannins bring forth lush blackcurrant, cocoa, and black cherry, rounded out by a nice bouquet of black pepper and blackcurrant.
Delightful aromatics of cinnamon, honey glaze, and floral notes on the cork. In the glass: more iron, cocoa, soft tannins, bit of deep blackberry and boysenberry. Needs time to open.
Nice elegant Fruity wine.
