Brightly coloured. On the nose, early morning, spring-like floral freshness combines with a tropical peach and mango sensation. The palate shows very pure, pleasurable fruity flavours augmented by dense substance, silky texture and a mouthwatering, tangy finish.
Appearance: Pale yellow with golden highlights.
Nose: The nose opens on notes of crystallised fruit and citrus fruit such as bergamot. After a short time in the glass, the nose intensifies and becomes more complex, marrying aromas of vanilla, caramel, pecan nuts and white flowers (acacia). The overall impression is one of freshness.
Palate: Lovely initial sensations continuing the flavours of crystallised fruit. The palate is full, vivacious and floral. After a while, oaky aromas appear, revealing notes of vanilla and caramel. The finish is spicier (green pepper), slightly tannic with great length.
This wine is produced from vines planted in high-density. Vigorous growth is controlled and the plants are healthier. The wine was matured in wooden vats for 9 months with regular stirring of the lees.
