A pretty Pauillac that seems younger than it's 10 years. Deep ruby. Moderate (-) aroma intensity, needs time to open up, blackcurrant, blackberry, dried herbs, clay dust, tobacco, cocoa.
Smells good, Palate has good intensity for the price point with a very likeable liquorice and chocolate volume to it. Full bodied but elegant, silky, balanced.
Very approachable now, with a pedigree that means you can rely on it to age well. Paired with rib-eye.
