Ruby color. Aromas of raspberry and cherry custard tarts and meringue with a supple, fruity-yet-dry medium body and a tangy, toasted nut and mineral finish. A nice everyday sipper.
Soft tannins harmonize with flavors of black cherry, plum, and strawberry. Goes with grilled chicken, poached salmon, roast duck with plum sauce, and smoked ham.
