Made of organic grapes from own vineyards located in Tupungato (Uco Valley) at an altitude of 1200 metres (4000 feet) above sea level, one of the highest points in Mendoza. It is composed of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay grapes, fermented in stainless tanks, the second fermentation is carried out in bottle for 6 months.
