is a fantastic blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Carignan and 10% Mourvèdre. It opens up with lovely aromas of dark raspberries and plums, followed by crushed lavender, spices, white pepper, and even hints of chocolate begin to emerge with air. This possesses a remarkable smooth, velvety texture that finesses the palate all the way into the luscious finish. While this is already showing lots of character, it will ultimately be best after a few more years in bottle.
On the palate, this is full-bodied with notable concentration and balance from start to finish. This is showing well now, but will be at its best after some short term cellaring.
