This wine is made mostly with Grenache grapes, and macerates.Fermentation is done using indigenous yeasts. It is then aged for eight months in casks. The colour is deep purple.
On the mouthfeel, the acidity is good, the touch is round, but the tannins have just a bit of grip. Light oak on the flavors to accompany the detected aromas, along with peppery notes. Rather good length.
