Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinge and watery hue. Delicate white peach aromas are followed by some citrus, spice and light biscuit notes. Light to medium weight the palate is a touch on the lean side with some delicate melon, cashew and citrus flavours followed by a touch of spice. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of melon, cashew, spice and toast.

on the nose, notes of apricot, lemon, pastries; in the mouth, a rich and warm side compensated by a touch of mineral freshness. Balanced.

An excellent, white Burgundy with rich substance and finesse nature is the Meursault La Barre. The delicious white wine is obtained to 100 percent from selected grapes of the noble grape variety Chardonnay. It originates in the cellars of the traditional French Domaine Jean Monnier & Fils. The excellent terroir of the Appellation Meursault, which is one of the municipalities on the Côte de Beaune with the best locations for Chardonnay, characterizes the characteristics of this white wine and produces a complex burgundy with noble charm.

The Meursault La Barre reveals richness and elegance through its complex aromas, which unfold complex nuances of citrus fruits and juicy apples. Echoes of butter and brioche underline the lively freshness of the bouquet. On the palate, the Meursault La Barre from the Domaine Jean Monnier & Fils shines with lasting gentleness, finesse and elegance. The aromas of the bouquet are wrapped in the mouth of delicate acidity and fine enamel.

A long-lasting, fragrant finish is the culmination of an excellent white Burgundy, which can be served as a fine aperitif or to delicious gourmet specialties with scallops, seafood and freshly caught fish.
