He called its vineyards "the paradise of heaven" and proclaimed "its castles were gladdened by its good wines." The vineyards in Chile from where this Sauvignon Blanc comes are said to have been settled by his descendants. Produced as a testament to this great king, this lovely Sauvignon Blanc mingles shades of herbal and citrus flavors with a fresh, fruity start on the palate, and a peaceful, calming finish
Hints of grass and citrus flavors, with a crisp, clean finish.Full-flavored fish or chicken dishes, salad, or light cheeses.
