Bright, finely detailed and expressive, this white exhibits lime, apple and slate aromas and flavours on a delicate frame. Ending with a refreshing finish.
Selected grapes are hand-harvested in mid October and, following de-stemming and six hours of skin contact, ferment for nine weeks in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine is bottled under Stelvin closure.
Well-matched with salads, seafood and light meat dishes.
