It is fragrant, with a classic Riesling nose of lime, peach, blossom and stony minerals, with a hint of petrol. A fine beam of acidity runs through ripe apple and stone fruit flavors on the palate.
Selected grapes are hand-harvested in mid October and, following de-stemming and six hours of skin contact, ferment for nine weeks in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine is bottled under Stelvin closure.
Perfect to enjoy as an aperitif or with seafood. This is a special wine that can be enjoyed with complex and flavourful dishes.
