Classified as Sicily IGT, this is a wine produced by Grillo grapes reared to countertop; the harvested grapes are picked several times, as soon as the must is obtained, it is slowly fermented in small oak barrels for about 40 days and only afterwards it will be poured, with its yeasts, in vitrified cemented wine in fresh cellars where it continues 'evolution until late spring. For about three months it will remain in the bottle at controlled temperature.
White wine with a light yellow color with green shades expresses nose to the essence of flowers well harmonized with the sweet vanilla flavor, broad, soft as the fabric, caressing the palate without hurting it, good consistency, balance and intensity.
