If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Bottles must be unopened, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if you're not happy with your purchase, just contact us right away and we will provide you with details for returning the unopened bottles - your domestic shipping costs are prepaid by us.

With the WineChateau.com 365 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.

    • You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date.

    • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

    • Return shipping is absolutely FREE.

    • You will be provided with a pre-paid FedEx domestic label to return the purchase to us.

  • Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 365-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 365 days of purchase.

The 2013 EnRoute Pinot Noir, “Les Pommiers,” offers explosive aromatics of pomegranate and cherry with hints of perfume, tobacco leaf, mineral, baking spices and a lovely floral note. The entry is warm and coating, followed closely by rich, layered tannins. This is perhaps the densest wine that we have produced thus far, while still exhibiting the beautiful silkiness Pinot Noir lovers find so attractive. The finish is clean, bright and juicy, leaving palates refreshed and wanting more.EnRoute was founded by a family of partners that has been growing and making wine for nearly 30 years. The Nickel family, including Beth Nickel, Erik Nickel and Jeremy Nickel, together with Dirk Hampson and Larry Maguire, jointly own sister wineries Far Niente, Dolce and Nickel & Nickel. Their journey to find the best place to make the Pinot Noir of their dreams culminates at last in EnRoute: Russian River Valley Pinot Noir.“Les Pommiers” Pinot Noir draws its name from the apple orchards emblematic of the Russian River Valley’s agricultural history. At once elegant and intense, Les Pommiers is the consummate blend of fruit from our vineyards located primarily in the Green Valley and upper Middle Reach areas of the Russian River Valley AVA. Our grapes are farmed according to organic principles and minimally handled at the winery. The wine is deftly shaped with a subtle combination of new and once-used French oak barrels. Les Pommiers captures aromatics of wild raspberry, black cherry, plum and floral notes that yield to mineral, spice and toasty oak. It has a juicy, coating entry, followed by more layers of raspberry and cherry fruit, and ripe, integrated tannins. The 2013 vintage marked the earliest harvest to date in the history of EnRoute. We began picking fruit in our northernmost vineyards on August 29. Harvest finished nearly five weeks later in our coolest vineyards in the southernmost reaches of Russian River Valley, the Sebastopol Hills. The weather was nearly perfect for the entirety of harvest. Cool morning temperatures and fog, followed by moderate afternoon temperatures, allowed the grapes to ripen in ideal conditions. This weather pattern, coupled with dry soils and no rain, resulted in wines that have a rich purple-red color and ample tannins with uncommon depth and clarity.
