Traditional white wine vinifcation with gentle crushing of the berries in pneumatic presses of modern design. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel.

Straw yellow with greenish highlights when young. A penetrating fragrance of spring flowers introduces the distinct note of almonds typical of the variety, which is echoed on the dry, fullbodied palate with its rounded favor and long aromatic length.

Historical reality founded in 1896 by Eugenio Collavini. This company has built its reputation in the 60s and 70s due to the sensitivity and stubbornness of Manlio Collavini, founder of the vineyard and cellar that are now part of the Friuli region tradition. Even today his sons Giovanni, Luigi and Eugenio give their valuable contribution with the same innovative spirit of their predecessors! All the tradition is expressed in these wines with a firm and territorial character and infinite organoleptic properties, able to defy time.

Straw yellow with green reflections, has strong smell of wild flowers and a typical and recognizable  almond and hazelnut hints also revealed on the palate, where it’s dry, full, smooth and full bodied. Well rounded on the palate, with a long leaves finish and an unmistakable mineral aftertaste.

Perfect with prosciutto San Daniele or a risotto with asparagus. Turian Ribolla Gialla has a brilliant straw yellow colour with soft green reflections. Fruity, fine and elegant scent that resembles the floral essences of acacia and lemon juice. In the mouth it is fresh, citric and sapid, but at the same time delicate. It is advisable to store it at 15 °C and serve it at 10-12 °C.

The ideal food matching for "Turian" Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli Orientali DOC of Eugenio Collavini winery? It is a white wine that is well suited as aperitif, ideally combined with starters, soups and fish dishes in casserole, shellfish, especially sea truffles. Thinking about the typical dishes of Friulian cuisine, this wine pairs perfectly with the sliced and fried sardines.
