Harvest period beginning October. Slightly soft slurry, juice briefly macerated with skins (about 6 hours of contact), fermentation without skins for 15 days at a temperature of 12 ° C in order to obtain an excellent color and flavor.
Bright, lustrous pink, the scent is intense, persistent and fruity, with hints of small red fruit (strawberry). Medium, intense, balanced wine with good persistence. It is always advisable to drink it young.
Excellent in combination with all the fish dishes, with first not too rich dishes and white meats. Very nice even out of the meal.
