Lovely straw yellow, the nose is intense and quite persistent, fruity, with notes of tropical fruit and peaches. On the palate, good balance, body, intensity, and persistence. Pairs well with light first courses, such as delicate white meats and fresh cheeses. Excellent with fish.
Medium gold/yellow colour; green apple, citrus and vanilla nose; dry, medium-bodied with ripe citrus, sweet apple fruit and butterscotch flavours; hint of toast on the finish; crisp and dry with a long finish.
Full bodied, well-balanced, intense and quite persistent. TECHNICAL NOTES: Delicate stalk-stripping and crushing. Pressing, clarification, fermentation of clean must for 20 days at 12°C in order to preserve the fragrances.
