Garnet color, fruity bouquet of strawberries and black cherries with vinous notes and hints of wood, quite intense and persistent; medium bodied, with firm tannins and good balance, immediate appeal. Pairs well with salami, savory first courses, red meats and cheeses.
Open and approachable, with bright aromas of scrubland herbs and fresh blackberry. Quite soft and round, with modest acidity, well-mannered tannins and juicy flavours of plum, cherry pie and sage. Well balanced and oh-so-drinkable!
Drink on its own or with a cheese plate, salami or a good calzone.
