Matjaz Cetrtic ferments and ages this ribolla in stainless steel to preserve its delicate floral scents, brisk acidity and crisp-apple and white-peach flavors. It’s refreshing, with a cool salinity that would partner well with bivalves or crustaceans.
Rebula is the indigenous variety of the Brda region. It has been produced in this region for centuries, which proves that our climate is ideal for its cultivation. Rebula is best grown on sunny terraces more than 150 metres above sea level with poor marl soil and occasional winds. Ferdinand is a wine house of Rebula’s.
