Notes: The grapes for this wine come from our vineyard in the Valladolid Province in Ribera del Duero. The vineyard is 2100 feet above sea level and its vines are an average of 30 years old. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for five months in American oak at our cellars in Quintana del Pidio (Burgos, Spain). It is has a cherry color and aromas of wild berries and vanilla. On the palate it is polished with ample fruit balanced by a hint of oak. Smooth with a persistent finish.
